AI Filings is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service is a document preparation and mailing platform only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by use of this Service. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter contracts to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
AI Filings offers the following subscription plans: Starter ($29/month), Pro ($79/month), and Team ($149/month). An Individual Filing option is available for $49 per filing without a subscription. All subscription plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the free trial ends.
Processing fees may vary between $1.00 and $4.00 per filing. Certified mail and postage costs may vary between $8.00 and $14.00 per filing. These fees are in addition to any applicable subscription fees, except for the Individual Filing option where all fees are included in the $49 price. AI Filings reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law; (b) submit false or misleading information in any filing; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Service without express written permission from AI Filings; (e) use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without authorization.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, is the property of AI Filings or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without express written permission.
AI Filings processes filings based on information you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted. AI Filings does not verify the legal sufficiency of your filings, guarantee delivery outcomes, or warrant that any filing will preserve your lien rights. Consult a Florida construction attorney to confirm the adequacy of any filing for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, AI Filings and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of lien rights, or data loss, even if AI Filings has been advised of the possibility of such damages. AI Filings' total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AI Filings in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI Filings does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI Filings does not warrant the fitness of the Service for any particular legal purpose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
